Wiring steps:
(1) Connect the acquisition cable to each section of the battery to ensure the effective connection of the cable.
Make sure that the single potential sequence increases or decreases sequentially at the plug end of the cable.
The potential sequence is consistent with the potential sequence of the socket at the end of the protection board and the potential is - corresponding.
(2) Solder the B- lead of the protection board to the total negative B- of the battery pack.
Make sure that the solder joints are firm and reliable and have good electrical conductivity, that there are no possible hidden dangers such as extrusion and friction at the wiring position, and that the wiring is smooth and short.
Avoid dropping, sticking, or touching solder, conductive objects, or leads into the protective plate.
(3) Connect the plug of the cable with the socket of the protection board.
First complete the welding of the B- lead of the protection board to the total negative B- of the battery pack, and then connect the plug of the cable to the socket of the protection board,
Make sure that the connection between the cable plug and the socket of the protection board is in place, and no charged objects or leads touch the protection board, and take fixing measures.
(4) B+ and c- are connected to the positive and negative poles of the charging interface, respectively.
Make sure to isolate other leads during the soldering process to avoid short circuits.
The voltage of the battery pack tested by the discharge interface and the charging interface is consistent with the battery pack voltage, the correctness of the polarity and the correctness of the wiring position.

Important note: Different manufacturers have different connection methods, please use the matching cable of the protection board, do not use other cables that are not matching!!
Due to the use of accessories that do not belong to this product, such as wiring, etc., if there is a problem, you are responsible for it!


1. First connect the B- wire to the total negative pole of the battery (B- wire must be welded with a short wire), and then connect the flat wire (before connecting the flat wire, be sure to unplug the flat wire from the board).
2. Start wiring from B-, B- is connected to the total negative electrode of the battery, the second cable B-1 is connected to the positive electrode of the first series of batteries, the third cable B-2 is connected to the positive electrode of the second series of batteries, and the fourth cable is connected. B-3 is connected to the positive pole of the third string of batteries......and so on.
3. Finally, measure whether the total voltage of the battery is equal to the output voltage of the protection board, and the protection board is working normally.


Frequently Asked Questions
1. The difference between integration and single-section cascading? Single-section cascading scheme
Advantages: The number of strings is backward compatible, and the use is flexible; the charging current value of the same port protection board is consistent with the discharging current value. (Currently widely used in the market)
Disadvantages: no protection when the voltage sampling line is dropped; no over-current protection when charging; only high temperature protection, no low temperature protection: the performance is not as stable as the integrated solution.
Integrated solution
Advantages: high temperature and low temperature protection; compared with single-cell cascade performance, it is more stable and has charging overcurrent protection.
Disadvantages: The number of strings used is single, and it cannot be used for other strings; the charging current of the same port is lower than the discharging current.

Second, what is the same mouth and the mouth, what is the difference between the two?
We use 13 strings of 48V15A protection boards as an example.
Same port protection board: The same port 15A means that your charging negative electrode and discharging negative electrode are connected to the same point on the protection board (our C-), and the charging and discharging negative electrode share one interface, so its charging Current and discharge current are the same 15A.
Split port protection board: Then the split port is just the opposite. The charging negative electrode (C-) and the discharging negative electrode (P-) are separated and connected to different points of the protection board.

3. What is the equalization function?
The working principle and function are like this. When your battery voltage reaches one section (polymer 4.18V, iron-lithium 3.6V), the balance of this section on the protection board will be automatically turned on after the balance is turned on. The equalizing resistance will start to discharge at a current of 35MA (when the equalization is turned on and the discharge is turned on, there will be a slight heat on the back of the protection board, which is a normal reaction.)

4. The relationship between battery capacity and protection board current?
The capacity of the battery is not directly related to the current of the board. Large capacity does not mean that the battery is large, but mainly depends on the continuous current. That is to say, the larger your motor, the larger the continuous current of the protection board you choose. Your battery capacity is not directly related.
